Tea Lake Cottages: |

Hi Jim and Susan,
My family and I rented the big cottage
from you during the month of August. We liked it so
much that my husband and I were thinking we would love to
come back (just him and I) and spend a weekend possibly
in October. Would you have a weekend available and
how much would it cost to rent? Preferably, we would
like to rent the smaller cottage. Looking forward
to receiving an email from you soon.
Thanks, Nicole |

Hi Jim and Suzanne,
I can’t begin to tell you what a
wonderful time we had at Tea Lake. The children are
still talking about it. Your property is absolutely beautiful,
and a wonderful time was had by one and all. The cottage
that we had was more than we ever expected, so comfortable
and homey. Hope you can see by the kids faces in the attachment,
just how much fun they had.
We would certainly like to come back
next year, as a two family rental again, if there is availability. Hope
both you and Jim have a safe and healthy winter, and hope
to hear from you in the near future, as we are all excited
about next year’s vacation at Tea Lake.
PS.Your worker Aaron is a real delightful
person to chat with, and is an asset to your cottages!!
With wonderful memories and
great regard,
Sincerely, Debbie, Ron, and Taylor |

Hello Jim!
I am thrilled to see that you and your family have renovated
and updated the cottages that my family and friends rented
for years! As kids, it was "our cottage" because
we rented from the Newmans for years. We stopped renting when
we got our dog because Mrs. Newman didn't allow us to
bring her!
I am now a Mom and would LOVE to bring my 14 month old
son to "our cottage"! What a special place
you have.
Thank you so much, Becky |

Jim and Suzie
Sorry we didn't see you before we
left on Saturday.
We loved the cottage, the location,
the area and enjoyed our visit with you.
Can you let me know which weeks are
currently available next July and what you would require
as a deposit if we booked now??? Thanks. I look forward
to coming back.

Hi,
We had the pleasure of renting the
Hummingbird cottage recently with some friends (September
16th, & 17th). We
would be interested in renting again.
This time we would be coming with
my parents and sisters family (6 adults & 4 kids under
4 years of age). Would
you please advise if November 11th & 12th are available
and what the rental rate would be? I look forward to hearing
from you. Thank you.
Sincerely, Ron |
